From first call to boots on ground, here's how it works
Consultation
For employers, this starts with a call to get across the full scope of the role, the site, and what you actually need. If we already have someone in mind, we'll say so upfront. For candidates, this is where we have a proper conversation about your experience, what you're after, and what suits you. Reference checks and qualification verification are done here, not after the fact.
Qualification and onboarding
Employers get candidate profiles sent through for review. People we've already spoken to, reference checked, and believe are the right fit. No padding the shortlist. For candidates, once you're cleared to work with us we start matching your skills to our clients. You might get one opportunity or a few. We'll walk you through your options and help you make the right call.
Placement
We handle the compliance, paperwork, and inductions so employers know exactly how fast compliant boots will be on the ground. Candidates receive their start details, letter of offer, and any site inductions before day one. From there, pay runs weekly without fail. We inspect every new site before you set foot on it and check in regularly once you're placed. You're not a number to us and if something's not right, we want to know.
